We had the pleasure of designing and producing the Constant Contact activation—an interactive space tailored for small business owners looking to expand their network and enhance their digital presence. Constant Contact, a leading digital marketing tool for small businesses, offered guests a unique opportunity to take professional headshots on-site and seamlessly upload them to a platform designed to connect entrepreneurs with one another.

To foster collaboration and engagement, we created a dynamic and welcoming environment with thoughtfully curated seating areas, sleek workstations, and networking hubs that encouraged organic conversations. Soft lighting, modern branding elements, and interactive displays made the space not just functional, but inspiring. Every detail was designed to enhance the experience, allowing entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, share resources, and walk away with meaningful new connections.

For this activation, we transformed the check-in experience into a charming, engaging space where guests could learn all about Hilton’s exclusive offers for small businesses. The setup wasn’t just functional—it was designed to make a lasting impression.

At the heart of the space was a custom-built check-in desk, where attendees could stop by, ask questions, and discover how Hilton supports entrepreneurs and business travelers. The setup exuded warmth and sophistication, blending classic hospitality charm with modern branding to create an inviting atmosphere.

A standout feature? Our custom luggage cart, adorned with a beautifully curated fresh flower garland, adding a touch of elegance and whimsy. This eye-catching detail became a focal point, drawing guests in and making for the perfect photo moment.

Every element of the space was designed to reflect Hilton’s commitment to comfort, convenience, and business-friendly travel—ensuring that small business owners left feeling both inspired and informed!
